Hybrid Group & Individual Coaching
Group workshops are a wonderful way to align your team and get everyone thinking more carefully about their productivity. Take this learning one step further with our hybrid model: group workshops followed by one-to-one coaching for every attendee. The results? A team of individuals who understand their common goals, feel aligned and know how they work best.
Our Hybrid model:
1. Full group workshop
Starting with the basics, our hybrid model follows our usual group workshop structure, identifying common productivity struggles, learning new ways of staying organised and prioritising tasks and deadlines. During a 1 or 2 day session with your team, we’ll teach the founding principles of productivity and feeling calm in a busy working environment.
2. Personal coaching
After the workshop, each member of the group will receive individual focused time in a 2-4 hour session. In this personal session, we’ll consider how what they learned during the workshop applies to their own working day and support them to follow through with their intentions more thoroughly with personalised targets and goals that they’ll set for themselves.
3. Ongoing support
Now we’ve met each person individually and provided hands-on support to implement the key ideas, our Personal Best team will remain on hand via email and phone to answer questions, offer support and guidance and encourage progress for as long as each person needs.
Sometimes people ask us why we introduced our hybrid format. The short answer is - we created it on request! After years of group workshops and individual coaching, many of our regular clients said that whilst they loved our individual sessions, they simply couldn’t afford such in-depth coaching for their entire team.
Because of this, we put together the hybrid Workshop Plus 1:1 format - starting with our usual, full-day workshop packed with productivity advice and best practices, followed by smaller, 2-4 hour sessions with each attendee. This way, everyone gets hands-on support and actionable habits to improve their working day - and we get to ensure that the Personal Best ideas translate into tangible, measurable improvements across the team.

Whilst the material we cover in both the group and hybrid workshop remains the same, our hybrid format allows us to go a little bit further and offer individual support in shorter, one-on-one sessions afterwards. We introduced this format for teams who love our individual coaching sessions, but can't afford it for all staff. This way, we cover a lot of material in a shorter, more cost-efficient timeframe. Our group workshops are a great way to give people an overview of all of the key ideas that will help them be more productive. The hybrid format allows for more support in customising their implementation of the ideas and it generally results in faster and longer-lasting behavioural change.

As with our standalone group workshops we say that the sweet spot is 12 people but up to 16 still works really well because of the customised individual follow-up.

Our group workshop usually lasts a full working day, with time for lunch and regular breaks. Each individual from the workshop will then be offered a set number of hours (usually 2-4) to consolidate their learning and focus on their own areas to improve.

We want to be sure that when people come away from our programmes they have the knowledge they need to be able to make sustainable changes. So we’ll check in with you a few weeks after your programme to see how you are doing and provide more advice if you need it.
